RBI Achievement Awards 2014

Categories

There are seven awards categories for 2014, listed below. Please click on the link for the category you wish to enter.

Testimonials can come from customers of RBI staff members, but not the RBI Executive or the RBI Board as they are involved in the judging process.

All sales key performance indicators, ie: revenue, web metrics, market share, etc., should be for the period 1 January 2014 to 30 September 2014. Year-on-Year comparisons should be made with the same period in 2013. RF3 figures for the remainder of 2014 should also be included.

For those working in all other parts of the business, key performance indicators should be for the period 1 October 2013 - 30 September 2014.
 


RBI Agility Award (Team)

The RBI Agility Award will be presented to a team which has demonstrated flexibility, which has worked outside of their current remit, or embraced new ways of thinking.

Our winners will have worked fast to respond to their customers’ needs and will be able to demonstrate how through their skill and timeliness they have benefited our customers and/or our business.

RBI Collaboration Award (Cross-company or cross-discipline team)

Collaboration is the bedrock of every business and here at RBI we are increasingly working across geographical and team boundaries.

This award will be given to a group of people from across different disciplines who have come together as a team to launch or improve our products and services, or to bring out a change in the way we do business, benefiting RBI as a whole.

This entry should show how everyone has played their part individually, how each person had added value to the project, and come  together as a team to deliver.

RBI Customer Focus Award (Individual)

This award will be given to an individual who works directly with their customers (advertisers, readers, users, RBI staff) to meet their requirements.

Our winner will have a proven track-record of working closely with their customers and will have built up a strong relationship with them over time. They will be someone who is always focussed on their customers’ requirements, responding and respecting those needs and even innovating around their experience, giving our customers opportunities that even they may not have realised they needed.

This individual will constantly strive to exceed customer expectations and have delivered high customer service standards.

RBI Passion for Winning Award (Individual)

RBI’s staff should be passionate about our products and services, about our business as a whole, and about their performance - whether it’s working with external clients or internal customers.

The winner of this award will be someone who strives for perfection and great results, and who works to the highest level.

It could be someone who inspires others to work their hardest, or who has driven a new or improved product or service. Or maybe a person who’s secured a difficult deal or achieved great revenues on a sales area.

The winner of this award will be one of RBI’s consistently high performers, someone who has achieved outstanding results during the past year, and who can prove measurable success.

RBI People Award (Individual)

The RBI People Award will be presented to an individual employee or manager who really embodies the RBI values, with a proven track record of Valuing our People.

The winner will be someone who has a positive impact on their part of the business, who concentrates on others’ wellbeing or maybe someone who coaches or mentors those starting out in the business.  This individual could have been working on EOS feedback to help improve their team’s morale,  they could have fostered collaboration amongst their team-mates, or had a positive impact even during very difficult circumstances.

Whatever the circumstances, this winner will be someone who’s made an outstanding difference while caring for and respecting the RBI people they deal with every day.

Testimonials will be an important part of this submission, as will real, demonstrable examples of their valuing their colleagues.

This award will go to a team which has risen to the challenge of an ever-changing world; a team which has embraced that change and has, by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively, affected solutions by providing new or significantly improved production or delivery methods (including significant changes in techniques, equipment and/or software) to benefit our customers and our business.
